TSG Angola HQ
A Luanda headquarters for an international holding company expanding into Angola. The brief was to translate the parent group’s identity into a context very different from its home market: a plan that organises reception, the executive suite, a fourteen-seat boardroom, and support zones within a calm, restrained material language suited to daily operation and to external representation alike. Bespoke millwork, an acoustic slat feature, and motorised daylight control fold the technical requirements into the architecture.
The plan separates representation from operation without separating the people. Reception and the boardroom face the visitor and carry the group’s standard; the working zones behind them are built for the day-to-day and finished in the same language at a quieter pitch. The technical layer — acoustics, daylight control, services — is folded into the millwork, so that a demanding brief reads as a calm space.
